The Stuck On The Go Story

Stuck On The Go began as a hobby blog in 2019 and by late-2020, I decided to turn it into a business. Since then, I’ve built a community of adventurous people who love incorporating more travel into their everyday lives through this website and my social media channels.

My focus is highlighting smaller towns or cities that are near outdoor adventure opportunities whether that is soft adventure or adrenaline-pumping activities. Food and drink is also a focus to help promote local restaurants and craft breweries or wineries.

I am passionate about small businesses which is why I started my second business, SimplyNCgoods.

I give readers practical tips about visiting a destination that will make the planning process smoother and help them to have the best vacation possible. Insights that people should “know before they go” are key. When you have limited time off of work, every minute counts!

Search engine optimized posts are the primary medium of destination and brand promotion. Website sessions grew by 410% in 2021 over 2020 and another 139% in 2022 over 2021. So while I am a relative newcomer on the travel blogging scene, Stuck On The Go is growing quickly.

My goal is to connect other travelers with destinations they may not have known about to have experiences that enrich their lives and make them feel more capable than they ever knew possible.
